Two affordable Android-based smartphones "Galaxy 3 & Galaxy 5"

Two adorable smartphones by Samsung, the Galaxy 3 and Galaxy 5 have been launched in India at a price of Rs.12,300 and Rs.10,200 respectively.



The handsome duo are credible and affordable “Android Phones”. They sport Android features such as Layar Reality Browser , an enhanced reality application for getting real time information and social networking support and all Google services. Swype Text Input , Touchwiz 3.0 User Interface and All Share features are some other Android based features which creates a difference.

Samsung Galaxy 3 i5801 comes with support for DivX , Xvid, MPEG4, Real and WMV movie files support and FM radio. It sports a 3.2-inch WQVGA 16M TFT hi-resolution screen. There is Wi Fi for connectivity and its robust 1500 mAH battery is great. Its internal memory of 130MB can be further expanded to 32GB using microSD cards.



Samsung Galaxy 5 i5503 has a 2.8-inch QVGA TFT display screen. It enjoys cool features such as 2MP fixed focus camera and connectivity via Bluetooth 2.1, Wi-Fi, 3G HSDPA. For music buffs, there is a 3.5 mm jack and FM radio. The device also comes with A-GPS support. The 90 MB
internal of the phone memory is further upgradeable to 16GB.
