Touchscreen mobiles Micromax X510 Pike and X550 Qube launched in India

Micromax mobiles endorsed by bollywood star Akshay Kumar is now a well
renowned brand in India that sells economical dual SIM mid-range handsets. Micromax X510 Pike and Micromax X550 Qube are the latest entrants in this segment and are packed with some really interesting new and advanced features. Yet, these touchscreen mobiles are available at a price of Rs. 7000 and Rs.5500 respectively.



Micromax X510 is a stunner and this new bar designed touchscreen phone has 262k colour display and colourful back panels. The dimensions fall in 110.2×55×14.75mm range and it weighs approximately 103.3 grams. It has incorporated an alpha-numeric keypad, multi-format music player and stereo FM radio for the music lovers. Micromax X510 PIKE and X550 Qube has a 2 mega pixels camera, also capable of recording video clips in AVI/3GP/MP4 formats.

Pike boasts internal memory capable of saving 2000 phonebook entries & 500 SMS memory while its external memory is expandable up to 16 GB. Pike is powered with the standard Li-Ion 1500 mAh battery that gives talk time of 8 hours along with standby time upto 16 days.



The handsome 3.5mm audio jack port in it helps one to enjoy live FM radio or conversation hands-free in crystal clear sound. GPRS & WAP helps to browse and carries bluetooth with A2DP & USB. Additionally it carries the facilities like Wi Fi that makes it an advanced device. The X510 also comes pre-loaded with Opera Mini browser for faster web browsing and Zenga application allows e mailing.There is Nimbuzz chat application which is a free Instant Messaging application is
incorporated just as Snaptu which lets you connect to social Networking websites such as Twitter and Facebook.

Software functioning of phone is yet to reveal itself as good or bad, though QUBE has handsome look, and all kinds of social networking applications are pre-installed in it.Some high end features such as Nimbuzz messenger and Opera mini browser makes it stand out of crowd.
