Samsung launches Bada OS and to cut price of Smartphones



World's major mobile phone maker company Samsung electronics has recently launched its new operating system in India called as Bada with this launch the company has been launched two new mobiles which work on Windows platform like Samsung Wave and Samsung Galaxy.

Both the handsets feature 1GHz application processor and supports 3G network. And these mobiles blessed more latest technological features, so they are smartphones. The Samsung has targeted to capture 20 per cent of market value with 2.5 million handsets. And decided to decided to sell about 50,000 smartphones in this current financial year with the launching plan of eight more smartphones.

Samsung Galaxy S

The price tag of Samsung Wave and Samsung Galaxy are Rs. 19000 and 31000. According to our smartphone sell target of the this year the company will be cut 10000 rupees in the price by end of this year.

The Company sources said that “We want to make smartphones available to a larger population and our new platform will aid that,”. After cut the price of these smartphones price will start competition in the major smartphone makers and they will available in low price.

Samsung Wave S8500

Samsung Bada, our new mobile platform, is the key driver of our global smartphone strategy say J S Shin, president and CEO, Samsung South West Asia announced at the Global Developer Day in Bengaluru. Now the Samsung Bada is good operating system for the smartphones.

Before the launch of this OS and both mobile phones the Samsung has launched its another mobile like Samsung S5630 Star 3G. Nokia 2690 and Sony Ericsson Vivaz Pro has also launched in India.
