Samsung Monte S5620 review

Samsung Monte S5620 is one real chic mobile handset from Samsung. The new touchscreen smartphone from Samsung is pretty cool with beautiful black colour despite of having an ordinary plastic body.The gadget has 3-inch capacitive screen with WQVGA resolution and screen resolution of 240 x 400 pixels. Its slim and can be fetched at an affordable price of Rs.8890



Samsung Monte S5620 has all the essential musical features like Stereo FM radio with RDS, Mp3 and Mp4 player. Camera of Samsung Monte S5620 is a little disappointing as its is a VGA camera and is probably its biggest turndown. Memory of Samsung Monte is 227 MB of internal memory and could be improved and increased using microSD (TransFlash) upto 16GB. Battery LifeTime of Up to 769h (2G) / Up to 454h (3G) of stand-by time makes it a good one for Samsung Monte.

Messaging features are cool with SMS, MMS, Email, Push Email and a new feature that is of Palringo IM (Instant Messaging) in Samsung Monte.The Samsung Monte S5620 has an in built browser which is in the configuration of WAP 2.0/xHTML. Social networking integration with live updates and Google Maps 3.0 are simply awesome. Samsung Monte S5620 supports both 2G and 3G network, Samsung Monte S5620 other features include stereo speakers along with DNSe, bluetooth which is in the configuration of v2.1 with A2DP, GPRS, EDGE, Wi-Fi andmicroUSB v2.0 for audio and connectivity

All in all, Samsung Monte S5620 performs really well with its 3-inch capacitive screen with WQVGA resolution, 3.2-megapixel camera, connectivity options, GPS and the latest version of the TouchWiz interface.
